Authorized use
Use the tool only for websites, properties, and advertising accounts you own or are authorized to analyze. You are responsible for selecting the correct Google identity, maintaining account permissions, protecting local credentials, and limiting installation access to authorized people. A configured installation shares one business portfolio; site filters do not establish separate customer permissions.
Reporting and recommendations
The tool provides reports and recommendations based on available Google API data and bounded public website checks. Reports may be delayed, incomplete, anonymized, or unavailable. Average position is not a guarantee of a fixed Google ranking. Keyword estimates are historical estimates. Static HTML checks do not establish that scripts, forms, analytics tags, or integrations function correctly.
Review recommendations and verify important results before acting. The tool does not guarantee rankings, leads, sales, advertising performance, or financial outcomes. Account and website changes require separate review and implementation.
Third-party services
Google and any AI client or service provider you select have their own terms, permissions, availability, and data practices. You must comply with the applicable requirements when using the tool. You are responsible for any charges associated with those services or separately agreed HyperLabs work.
Access and security
Do not use the tool to access another party's data without authorization, expose credentials, bypass access controls, or disrupt services. HyperLabs may limit or discontinue access to an installation it operates if necessary to address misuse, security, or service changes. You may stop using the tool and revoke Google access at any time.
