ZenWave Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

ZenWave is developed by HyperLabs AI. This policy describes information handled by the ZenWave iOS app. The HyperLabs AI website and any services you visit outside the app may have their own privacy practices.

Information stored on your device

ZenWave stores your preferences, saved affirmations, journal entries, mood check-ins, practice history, challenge progress, and reminder settings locally on your device. The app does not require an account or Sign in with Apple. ZenWave does not provide a dedicated iCloud syncing feature. Apple device backups may include app data depending on your device settings; those backups are managed by Apple.

Purchases and subscriptions

Apple processes App Store purchases, subscription payments, renewals, and refunds. ZenWave uses Apple's StoreKit services to check purchase history and subscription status so it can provide the access you purchased, restore purchases, and recognize eligible legacy purchases. We do not receive your payment card details through ZenWave. Apple's privacy policy governs Apple's processing of purchase information.

Tracking and analytics

The current version of ZenWave does not contain advertising networks, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking tools. ZenWave does not send your journal entries, saved affirmations, or practice history to a developer-operated server. Any diagnostics you choose to share through Apple's services are subject to Apple's settings and privacy practices.

Reminders and sharing

If you enable reminders, ZenWave requests notification permission and schedules local notifications on your device. If you choose to share content using your device's sharing controls, the destination you select receives that content under its own privacy practices.

Support communications

For support or privacy questions, email info@hyperlabsai.com. Please do not include sensitive journal content or other personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Your choices

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account. Removing ZenWave removes its local app data from that device; device backups may remain under Apple's backup settings. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.
